Transfer Deadline Day
Carter and Faraday have been getting in the spirit of deadline day this year, and are delighted to say that our apprentice of 18 months has signed a new contract with us. Adam joined us in the summer of 2015 and originally took on a mainly telesales role, but over the time he has spent at CFA he has taken on various other roles and is now an integral part of the team.
Adam completed his apprenticeship at the beginning of the year and was delighted when CFA said that they would take him on permanently.
“When I first joined CFA I had very little experience in an office environment. All the staff here have been very helpful giving me a great understanding of the industry and the environment. I look forward to improving even further and continuing my learning in the industry.”
The apprenticeship scheme has been perfect for Adam and us, giving him an education in his chosen field but also giving him experience and of course, earning whilst learning.
