We love having our usual cleaner back, but thought you should know that I had really good feedback about the temporary replacement from residents. They have commented that the scheme was very kept clean i (they were concerned that it wouldn’t be up to the usual high standards). One of my residents referred to the temporary cleaner as a ‘gentleman’ and generally that he was very polite & helpful and although hardly saw him, could tell that he had been down their corridor (smelt nice, looked clean and bugs from the window sill removed!). He is a credit to your company and if possible, when our regular cleaner is next on holiday we would like to have him cover.

Please thank your guys for the cleaning they did, the properties look a lot better now. I will be contacting your company again as and when we need the properties done again. Thank You.

I was at Old Meadow on Wednesday. The grounds all looked very nice- best I have seen it for a long time.

Throughout our contract we have been delighted with the standard of cleaning provided and the approach taken in day to day communications as well as their training, development and support of their own staff.
